These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Minefield - Puzzle Game mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application"), which was developed by Barna Martin Kopácsi (hereby referred to as "Service Provider"). By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Application or interfere with any other user's use of it.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including but not limited to its content, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by the Service Provider. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for personal purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application or its content.

The Application may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through Apple’s App Store using StoreKit and RevenueCat. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to their terms and conditions. The Service Provider does not have access to your payment information. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period through your App Store account settings.

The Application may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob or other advertising partners. These third parties may use cookies, device identifiers, and related technologies to deliver personalized or non-personalized ads in accordance with their own privacy policies.

By using the Application, you acknowledge that certain information may be collected as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes device identifiers, analytics data, gameplay data, and limited location information used for app functionality and advertising. Please review the Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

You agree to use the Application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Application.
• Use the Application to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content.
• Exploit any bugs or vulnerabilities in the Application.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Application’s normal operation.

The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, if you violate these Terms or engage in any conduct deemed harmful to the Application or its users.

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. The Service Provider does not warrant that the Application will function uninterrupted, be free of errors, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or device malfunction.

The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hungary, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
