2. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Petora: Pet Care Tracker (the "Application"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

The Application is provided as a freemium service on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

3. License and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial use.

You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, extract source code, create derivative works, or misuse the Application or related trademarks and intellectual property.

All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charges are applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription (where applicable).

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may rely on third-party services to provide functionality, including Apple services (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud/CloudKit) and RevenueCat (subscriptions and entitlements).

These services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party terms or practices.

6. Connectivity and Device Responsibility

Some features require an internet connection. The Service Provider is not responsible if features are unavailable due to connectivity issues, data limits, carrier restrictions, or other network conditions.

You are responsible for any mobile data, roaming, or third-party charges incurred while using the Application.

You are also responsible for maintaining device security and access controls. Jailbreaking or rooting may reduce security and may cause the Application to function incorrectly or not at all.

7. Medical and Veterinary Disclaimer

Petora is an informational and tracking tool only. It does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Always consult a licensed veterinarian before making health, medication, diet, or activity decisions for your pet. Never ignore, delay, or replace professional veterinary advice because of information shown in the Application.

If you believe your pet may have a medical emergency, contact a veterinarian or emergency animal clinic immediately.

8. Service Availability, Updates, and Termination

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time, including paid features, for product, security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may also terminate or restrict access if these Terms are violated or the Application is misused.

Upon termination, rights granted under these Terms end, and you must stop using the Application.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Application.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy available on the Privacy page.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
